One of my favourite expressions, which I use all the time, is awareness is everything.
How can we hope to achieve any kind of happiness, success or real life-satisfaction if we don’t know where we’re starting from?
How can we get from A to B if we’re not quite sure where A is?
Self-awareness is where it all begins.
The problem is many people nowadays don’t know who they actually are.
Their REAL selves are hidden from them.
Life is busy and complicated and we’re bombarded with so much ‘noise’ every day that we don’t always have the time or headspace for any kind of introspection.
Most people know who they THINK they might be.
They know who their family/partner/society/social media WANT them to be.
But this is not usually the REAL them.
Most of the clients I work with are usually SO MUCH more than they believe themselves to be.
It doesn’t matter what your background or past experience is, if you’re on this site, enjoying my content then I know that:-
You’re someone who deserves to feel safe.
You’re someone who deserves to speak up assertively and be heard.
You’re someone who deserves to be treated with respect.
You’re someone who deserves warmth, trust and support.
You’re someone who deserves to Love and be loved.
You’re someone who deserves to be recognised and financially well compensated for the work that you do – you do a brilliant job, after all.
You’re someone who deserves to be looked after emotionally by a wonderful partner.
You’re someone who deserves to live in a safe haven/sanctuary/beautiful place.
You’re someone who deserves to have exciting hobbies and go on delicious adventures.
You’re someone who deserves to laugh freely and feel deep joy.
You’re someone who deserves to experience exquisite pleasure.
You’re someone who deserves to grow way beyond the tiny space you’ve previously existed in.
You’re someone who deserves to share your unique gift with the world…to make your mark…to leave your legacy.
You’re someone who deserves to be honoured for the beautiful person that you truly are.
You’re someone who deserves to be REALLY happy.
How do I know this?
Because I know you.
I can see inside you.
I can read your energy/vibe/true essence and it’s all good.
Within the first few minutes of meeting a Lovely, I know what kind of person you are.
I know what qualities you bring to the table.
I know that you’re a specific type of person.
If my content is resonating with you – if it’s ‘speaking’ to your heart and soul, then there’s a reason for that…
It’s your higher self telling you to take notice.
It’s saying this is important.
It knows you better than anyone, and it knows that you deserve all of these things.
And I know that you deserve them too.
You’re the kind of person that deserves the world.
Most of my Lovelies don’t believe they deserve.
Not deep down.
Even if they can say the words “I deserve” (which many can’t).
They don’t really mean them.
Not REALLY.
Your I’m unlovable, I’m unworthy, it’s-only-me-and-I-don’t-count vibe cuts VERY deep.
I’m here to tell you that with the super, super quality person that you are (because you all are) it should be ESPECIALLY-me, not it’s ONLY-me.
It’s time for the REAL you to emerge, so you can start getting what you truly DESERVE.
I’m so excited when a Lovely commits to working with me for the first time.
I know that she will never be the same again, after our time together.
She’ll be forever changed.
Stretched in a way she’s never been stretched before.
I know that her life is going to level up in every possible way.
Her standards will rise in every area of her life.
Her success,
Her communications,
Her impact,
Her influence,
Her Love relationships,
Her appearance,
Her beauty,
Her pleasure,
Her passion,
Her gratitude,
Her magnetism,
Her home,
Her career,
Her joy and on and on…
I know that she is putting herself in a position to make her dreams come true.
The rise in her self-esteem emanates out of her and into the world.
Her energy changes completely.
The way she walks and carries herself changes.
She learns to discover and then lead herself in the most beautiful way.
Others notice.
It’s a wonder to behold!
I can’t promise it’s always going to be easy.
We will usually have some healing to do initially.
We might have a few bumps along the road.
But oh boy is it worth it!
She must commit to the process completely.
She must clear her mind of the noise…the negative thoughts…the thoughts of I’m not good enough, or I don’t deserve this.
Occasionally some people are looking for a quick fix, a silver bullet, an easy option.
I don’t offer any of those.
I do offer solid, permanent, from the inside-out, deep transformations though.
They are freely available to the woman who gives it her all.
It’s a journey of emotional mastery.
On this journey there’s a shift that occurs.
She steps into another version of herself – the absolute BEST version of herself.
It happens over time and then all of a sudden it feels completely different to be around her.
She’s cracked her own code.
Often this can blow her mind and utterly take her breath away…but in the most wonderful way.
It’s beautiful to witness.
Clearly not everyone chooses to do this, but the ones who do reap the benefits for the rest of their lives.
Throughout the process I’m your ultimate team mate, always by your side, guiding the way.
This work is the best and most fulfilling work I could ever do.
There is no greater reward in the world for me.
Guiding my Lovelies means everything to me.
It’s what I was put on the planet to do.
